Psychological Testing
Psychological Testing is a reliable and valid way to detect conditions, characteristics, and behaviors in an individual. It allows individuals to gain a thorough understanding of their areas of strength and weakness by assessing the following domains of functioning: intellectual, psychoeducational, personality, and neuropsychological. Completion of a comprehensive evaluation provides a whole understanding of one’s functioning, which better informs one’s treatment recommendations for growth. A comprehensive evaluation includes a thorough initial interview followed by multiple testing sessions, which can take place over several days. Results, impressions, and individualized recommendations are then offered during a final feedback session. During the final session, an extensive written report detailing background information, evaluation findings, and recommendations are provided as well. Consultation regarding the results of the psychological testing is available upon request.
Church Consultation
Church consultation refers to the process of seeking expert advice, guidance, or support to address various challenges and opportunities within a religious organization or community. Churches and religious institutions often seek consultation services to enhance their ministries, improve organizational effectiveness, address conflicts, plan for growth, or navigate transitions. Church consultants are individuals or firms with expertise in areas such as leadership, theology, organizational development, conflict resolution, or pastoral care, and they offer their services to support churches in their mission and goals.
Church consultation can be valuable for both established congregations seeking growth and revitalization and new church plants looking for guidance in their early stages. If you or your church are interested in church consultation services, please contact us for more information.

In DBT individual sessions, the client and the therapist work together to set goals that are meaningful to the client. DBT individual therapy helps clients build motivation towards change. Often this means they work on ways to decrease harmful behaviors and replace them with effective, life-enhancing behaviors. Dr. Pae offers a DBT group sessions for adolescents.
